Wednesday August 6

Our annual reunion begins Wednesday, when delegates and other registrants can begin checking in and joining the crowd in the lobby for registration and a *Welcoming Reception.

Thursday August 7

Golf will happen in the (relative) cool of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings under the magisterial supervision of Links Czar Phil Curley, Kappa Triton '76 (Northwestern). Contact the CFO for more information or expect an update at Wednesday's registration.

*Business Sessions (required for delegates) will take place on Thursday and Friday afternoons at the hotel. Both Sessions will be in the afternoon. Thursday's session will be preceded by a buffet *Luncheon and is expected to see the reports of the PGL, heads of the Educational Foundation and Founders' Corporation, and the Executive Director. The Nominating Committee will call for candidates to fill vacancies on the Grand Lodge, and the introduction of any proposed new legislation. After close of business Thursday, all Convention attendees will gather to be bused from the hotel to the Guardian Angel Cathedral for a Group Photo followed by the *Omega Service, which will be led by Bro. Peter Niche, Chi '77 (Rochester). Buses will return us to Palace Station, following which a Mini Golf Tournament is planned under the direction of Bro. Kevin Davila, Psi Deuteron '01 (UCLA).

Friday August 8

At 10 AM, all Alumni are invited to a *Seminar on Fundraising and House Corporation/Alumni Association Management to be conducted by a longtime friend of Theta Delta Chi, Zeta Psi's own GREG MCELROY, who headed up the Educational Foundation's Major Gifts Campaign a few years ago and presently is performing the same service for Beta Charge (Cornell). At 1 PM the *Second Business Session will see the election and installation of the 132nd Grand Lodge. The offices of Secretary, Treasurer, and Graduate Treasurer are to be filled. The new Grand Lodge will play host jointly with the Psi Deuteron alumni Friday 6-7 PM for a fabulous*Virgin islands Party.

Saturday August 9

For all undergraduate delegates, Saturday's first activity is a visit to *Springs Preserve. Learn about this new historical and archaeological park at www.springspreserve.org. Interested alumni should contact the CFO if they would like to join the group on the bus. *Luncheon at the hotel will bring undergraduates and alumni together 12:30-1:30 PM.

All Convention attendees are invited to join the undergraduate delegates Saturday afternoon 2-4 PM for a *powerpoint presentation on Las Vegas and its legendary Strip Architecture by University of Nevada, Las Vegas Professor Robert Dorgan. A question and discussion session will follow. Read up on the subject with Robert Venturi et al., Learning From Las Vegas (MIT Press, 1972), a revolutionary text on urban design

As always, Saturday night brings the climax to all activities with the *PGL Reception and *Grand Banquet at the hotel. The Heads of State of the US and Canada will be duly toasted and a raft of awards distributed to the sounds of traditional Theta Delt songs before everybody heads out for one of Las Vegas's famous nights on the town.
